Full screen doesn't work

While watching the video tutorials, when I click on Full screen button, it doesn't change any thing, it doesn't work.

My browser is chrome and I don't get that message which recommends updating my browser.

Hi Steve,

I have checked in my browser and this only happens with our premium videos and not the free videos. I believe that is happensing because these videos are coded to fit directly into a specific area on our site, therefore it won't enlarge the video. However, do you have the option on your computer to zoom in on your screen. If I select Ctrl + scroll the up/down button on my mouse it will zoom in for me which does in turn make the video larger. With the free videos, they are embedded directly from youtube therefore you do have the fullscreen option.

Suzanne, I think the premium videos would require download, but I think the downloaded version should have the ability to show fullscreen?

Yes, once downloaded to your hard drive you should have the option to enlarge/zoom.

I can confirm that when I download the videos to my computer, I can watch them full-screen. That holds for both formats. I find wmv format (viewing with VLC) to be of better quality than m4v (viewing with iTunes).
