Still waiting for 2013 FRM Part 2 core readings from GARP

Summing up:
Core reading: early January --> mid February --> not available as promised;
Working exp verification: 4 weeks --> 6 weeks now --> not available as promised;
Printing $100 fee coming in and out;
Shipping costs for 4 books (outside US) $190 !!! (normally ~ 30)
....
Is everything OK with GARP?

By the way (continuing the original topic), FRM Part 2 books have arrived (after near-two-months delay) today, it's time to catch up... The material is indeed broad compared to Part 1 (although I see some repetitions from Part 1), and I see that a quite a bit of topics are changed for 2013. No wonder it takes some more time to prepare BT contents for 2013.

It blows my mind how short the window is that candidates are expected to study, particularly given that the level of difficulty for Part 2 does not seem any easier than for Part 1 so far. If you took Part 1 in November, basically you had twice as long to study (at least with completed materials in hand). I agree, the timing of the materials release makes it nearly impossible for third-party prep providers to produce a finished product within a reasonable time. Kudos to David and Suzanne for keeping a VERY competitive release timeline compared to *ahem* "the other guys."
