FAQ Exam Unable to change exam location

Hi Folks. I am trying to change the exam location to a different country and not able to do it on the website. Anyone facing an issue with that ? Please advise.Thanks

Thanks David. I am really concerned. The deadline is in a few hours and its a deferred exam so I cant defer it either.

@Sumeet. Mehta ohhh, I didn't realize the deadline was today. I'm sorry but we won't be able to reach anybody at GARP until tomorrow (their staff doesn't work weekends to my knowledge) at the earliest. We will try and we will link to this page: I am hopeful that if we cite the website problems you are having, they can give you a 24-hour grace period. Thanks,

I had the same issue and emailed them - waiting for reply when they open....

Did you send an email to GARP to let them know that you were having issues with the website? I agree with David that if you contacted them before the deadline, they would most likely give you a grace period since your email details will show the date and time that you sent it. Please let us know if you were able to resolve this.

Yes I did and got the location changed when I called them the next morning. I had emailed them before the deadline so that helped.

I also got a positive reply to the email I sent before the deadline.
