Tier 1 vs 2 vs 3

Hi David,

I purchased FRM Part 2 from your site in early January. At the time, I think your older pricing structure was in place so I don't believe that I could have chosen between any tiers. Am I "grandfathered" in or will I need to upgrade to see new videos that come out (i.e. access content in Tier 2 level)? Will I still have access to the old videos (i.e. videos for FRM part 2 2011 version)?

Thanks,
Lee

Hi Lee,

Yes, if you bought before the new pricing structure and tier structure than you are granfathered in. You will not need to upgrade as we have automatically moved you to our highest tier, Tier 3! Yes, you will still have access to all of the old videos as well as the new.

Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thanks,
Suzanne

I am looking to buy material for Part 1 & Part2; plan to take part1 in May 2012 and Part 2 in November 2012; Will I still have access to these material in 2013? in case I decide to take the Part 2 in 2013?

Hi VS,

Thank you for your interest in bionicturtle.com! Your purchase is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. If you purchased today (2/27/2012) you would have access through approximately 2/26/2013. Therefore, if you planned to take Part 2 in May 2013, you would not have full access to all of the 2013 contents because they would still be being published beyond 2/26/2013. However, if you do take Part 2 in November 2012, you would have access through the November exam.

Thanks,
Suzanne
