The free 2008 study notes are not readable?

I am trying to download the free study notes. It seems they are broken? and I cant open them with Acrobat. such as this one below,

As i need to tend to other forum questions, I sent this to my colleague Suzanne ... she will (eventually) reply. I am not sure we mean to offer any free study notes. Samples yes, but i don't know about free. We'll get back here ASAP.

Hello. I need to look further into this and see if I can determine exactly what these "study notes" are and what they relate too. In all honestly, I wouldn't use them for the current FRM preparation. The topics have all been restructured since 2008.

I will get back with you after I resolve the error.

I just want to take a quick look at some concepts in the study notes. I found the link above but seems it's broken. Please let me know when this issue is solved. Thanks again.
