Hi David,
I'd like to know what I will be provided after I buy the package. For example, will I get a hard copy of study notes? ( or I have to download and print them out myself) Please let me know what are included in the package.

(including a publishing calendar; i.e., the resources deploy over the year, not in a lump sum)

No, the notes are PDF (maybe protected PDF this year) but you can of course print them. For the three years prior to 2008, I asked customers about printing, but a very small % cared about that, and last year, there was seriously one request for hard copy. If we don't have to ship physical, we can save $50 (or whatever) on the cost. Everything is online/downloadable.
