Level 1 upgrade to Full

Hi David -

I have decided to buy the Level 1 option for your product for starters; If I need to buy the remaining portion of your product (Full) sometime in the next few months, by paying the additional $199, will that be allowed?

Yes, the developer is currently working on the additional purchase options that include: upgrade from Level I to full (I+II) for the difference ($199)

I actually enrolled (Paid) in the Full program. I have now decided to take FRM L1 and then L2.

How would that work affect my membership?

Hi Alex,

The easiest thing for us to do is: extend the full through L2 May 2010. So nothing currently changes for you.

But, we cooperate with you: if you want to swith the Full down to Level I, we'll refund you the difference and you can buy L2 when you are ready. If you'd like that, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and Bridget/me will process. Just give us a few days, knock on wood, the purchase permutations should be enabled (it's not the payment per se, it's the integration with the membership records that is taking a bit of time).
