Operational Risk:- 1st Quartile
Other Modules - 2nd Quartile

The main thing which helped me was your I-POD FORMAT VIDEOS which i could download all and go thru it again n again while i travel to work and while i travel back home from work.
These videos, which i went thru repititively, gave me a great n lasting impression about the topics and hence it wasnt really difficult to revise the concepts at the last moment before the exam.
Indeed, this wudnt have been possible if i was a customer of your competitors, since their material is barely enough to have a good idea about the core concepts.
Excel Spreedsheets + I Pod Formats were the key to my success and hence I give all the credit to you for my success.
