Where can I find practice questions

Hello David,

I understand that you periodically post practice questions on the blog, however, in the forum, when I clicked into the 2009 sample exam section, there are more questions, and there are also questions in the WIKI section too. My question is if I'm missing any other sources of practice questions on the site? (because they seem to appear here and there and I'm not sure which are the more important ones)

and also, do those questions you posted on the blog following the current progress? I think some of them involve concepts not yet covered (eg. questions 8: bond duration), or I might be wrong?
Thanks.

Hi Jack,

I apologize they are currently dispersed. We have a round of site modifications coming up (I hope these mods will done this by end of this week) that will simplify. After these are done (and you'll get our first newsletter to the same), there will be two sources:

1. The free blog/wiki questions (we will generally be posting one/day) will collect under one category (with link). Generally, the forum and wiki are (will be redundant). The reason I decided to copy Q&A to both forum and wiki is that the wiki is categorized for easier findability; e.g., when the interface is a little better, it will be easy to find Jorion Chapter 1. But the forum is better for follow-up conversation. So, bottom line, we will collect these into single location. Further, as another customer requested, for paid members, we will be collecting these blog-wiki-forum Q&A into a convenient format (probably PDF) so eventually, this will be one-stop source on paid member site.

And, you are correct, these blog/wiki/forum questions are not according according to schedule. Like I started to blog out sample exam 1 questions (to which i modify and expand into multiple questions), these may rove "the whole exam." I realize that's stretch or "unfair" at this early stage, but it was key feedback from last year: many felt that early exposure to Q&A is better.

2. The flash quizzes on member page (they can already be printed, etc). These are members-only, you can see we have the 2008 but not 2009 yet...

I hope that explains, I think it will become clearer as our upcoming set of site usability modifications occur
(i have a lot of little changes that i hope help; e.g., i will color-code the learning XLS to distinguish their importance/utility)

Thanks, David
