What is the codec required to watch webinars?

Thanks for all your excellent materials, I have really enjoyed studying so far.

I have recently downloaded the two webinars (Intro to Econometrics and Intro to linear regression) but I couldn't open these files with any media player ( even though I have a latest version of K-Lite Codec Pack installed on my computer ).

What is the codec required to watch webinars?
