Subscription to 2009 product

could you please let me know whether I have been given access to 2009 Product. I am 2008 customer and you have extended my subscription to 2009. As I go to "Buy Product" now it shows that my subscription will expire on 28FEB2010. I think this means that you have extended my subscription to 2009.

Would appreciate your confirmation.

Hi Sumit,

Thanks for attending today...yes, i recall per our correspondence that your subscription was extended, so no worries you will have 2009 access.
The 28Feb2010 date may change to 12/31/09, in your case....it will enable 2009 access...but we have yet to fully update the new site's database. So that date may change but ultimately will reflect your 2009 access per our email thread. Thanks, David

Could you please let me know whether I have been given access to 2009 Product. I have membership since Sep 15, 2007. As I go option it shows that u have no subscription. Kindly allow me for your 2009 session.

Hi Faisal,

If you bought in Sep 2007, you won't have 2009 access. That will require a renewal (we will have the renew option enabled with 2 weeks). Thanks, David

Membership renewal option has not enable yet. could you please let me know much it will take time. in the mean time if u enable my previous membership so i may watch movie on the net and continue my study momentum.

It is working now: if you go to purchase, your price will show as $299 instead of $399
(I just logged in as you, and it did do that)

re: your study mometum: the only 2009 resources published are recordings of EB #4 and #5, please understand. Publish schedule at top of page.

I just looked through you emails, and I do not see the basis for extension (you purchased on 5/20/2008 according to our records). Please refer to my earlier mails . I have sent you proof of deferral from 2008 to 2009 and my reregistration for 2009 exam. Still waiting for your updation of my subscription amount so that I can pay.

Apologies, I just searched my emails. I can't find your reference? If you refer to the ability to pay $299 instead of $399, I realize it is not yet enabled, it has taken longer than expected. It should be very soon.
