Hi venkat,

You've never frustrated me, your tone is always so polite...

1. I actually do understand this is a major factor; i.e, we receive at least one email a day, sometimes more to this effect. I go to sleep and wake up thinking about this (I have the anxiety).

2. Okay, thanks, I'd love to do a cram (they take time to prepare...time is the only issue...)

3. Right, but we are balancing the load of different assets. For better or worse, we take the each of the AIMs literally. It is very time-consuming to produce fresh video against each of the fresh AIMs; e.g., I am doing VaR mapping right now...must revise the models to match the Jorion exhibits, draft/revise PPT, record/produce/edit vidoes, upload/etc...our pricing supports our three person team (harsh & me for content, Suzanne everything else), but after you deduct for the piracy, that's all it supports...we are running as fast as we can...even working at this pace (all the time, every day. Not a single summer vacation day...actually, i did take one day off with my nephew), it is not humanly possible to give a "simultaneous release of study notes" I am not sure what means for us...sure, if we only did the notes, maybe something like that...but i remind two things: (1) we step through each fresh AIM with (ii) multiple mode (XLS, video, notes...plus the other stuff)...so "simultaneous" isn't humanly possible..

but, venkat, thanks for your feedback. As always, your input is very much appreciated, I am grateful you continue to stay with us...David
