P1.T1 - 'Upgrade to Access More Content' - not working!

Hi Nicole,

In my Study Planner for Part I, it says 'Upgrade to Access more Content' on the orange button on the Right Hand side. However, I am unable to - don't know why - please help!

Hello @Jayanthi Sankaran,

You are currently subscribed to Part 1 Professional, which gives you access to all of the Part 1 materials that are available. The orange upgrade button on the side may show up if you want to purchase Part 2 materials, but there are no upgrades for Part 1 past the Professional level. If you are unable to access the Part 1 materials, please let me know and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Hello,

In my account, I may have pressed the orange upgrade button by accident. I hope it isn't automated because I dont want my card to be charged. Can you please help?

Hi @MSharky no worries, it is NOT automated. Nicole has to process upgrades manually; in any case, we don't store your credit card information so technically we could not initiate any automatic transaction. Thanks!
