Yes, mine said December too, but it was clearly an oversight.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I've contacted GARP regarding the email that is stating certificates will be mailed in December. It looks like they need to fix that in the email that is being sent out. For reference, here is the mailing schedule that is on their website. It looks like certificates will be sent out on March 27th for those who have already submitted their work experience

I had submitted on the last hour of 5th Jan and got certification mail on 28 th Feb.

Sounds like you didn't give them enough information and you are getting a second bite of the apple to amend and send more. But call GARP and ask them.

Better than a rejection.
