Someone said that they saw his name and his friend's on that list. They sat for Nov 2018 part 1.

Copying from the post in level II forum, "you can change your time to Jan 3 EST, then refresh the <my programs> page. You will see the updated result right away! You can also see the quartiles for each part. It works on my PC. "

I can confirm that if you change the time on your device to EST time on the 3rd Jamuary, you can see the final result, as per attached.

If the name is on the list, I think it means that you have cleared Part 1. Why would GARP add names of people who have not even sat for part 2 ? Also, I think the sub-message about FRM Exam Part 2 is more generic than anything and does not refer to the list below. The message also includes additional info about certified FRMs. I can be wrong though, let's see!
