Mine changed too! And it took a good few mins after the first person posted... so don't stress if yours hasn't changed yet. May be a bit more time before they are all changed, if this does mean a pass.

The fact is it Nov 2022 tells you it is a pass. That is the five years from passing Part 2 that is required to show adequate work experience.

I think it indicates a passing score.
I believe this says, "If FRM not expired and FRM1 completed and FRM2 completed or FRM full completed, then 'Your enrollment will expire on November 2022.'"
