How Do I Report Issues With Forum Links?

Hi Nicole,

I'm sorry for posting an unrelated question on this forum page.

I have been encountering this issue lately; the links provided at the end of some of the concepts' answer pages direct me to a different forum or an altogether external webpage.

For instance, for questions covering the concepts " T3.23.5—Conventions and T-bond futures contract," the link on this page takes me to the CME webpage. Do you have any suggestions, or is anyone else encountering this issue?

@Sudesh Nadar Please let me know if you are referring to the PDF documents or the interactive quiz bank. Also, is this happening with all of the links or just specific ones?

Hi Nicole, I'm referring to the PDF. I experienced broken links for bunch of them in the last chapter and now few in the current ones.

I think accessing the PDF through my phone could resolve this issue. Because, after raising it with you, I opened one of the pages from my phone, that was taking me to the wrong forum from my laptop browser, took me to the correct forum page. Even the questions orders looks different while accessing the PDF between phone and laptop browser.

I'm sorry, it looks like I am bringing more problem to the table. I'll update you once I have completed the chapter and keep record of the broken link while accessing through my laptop browser, if that helps.

@Sudesh Nadar I'm sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I just logged into Vital Source as a user (instead of admin) to test the links. I tested every link in the Topic 3 PDF for the first six chapters, and every link brought me to the correct forum thread.

Since you mentioned that you are able to view them on your phone with no issues, it sounds like a possible browser issue on your laptop. I tested the links with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and had no issues. I would recommend trying a different browser on your laptop to see if that resolves the issue for you. Please let me know if that works. Thank you!
