Hi david,

I have your 2008 Study material and start my prerp early after Nov 2008 FRM paper....Further i have completed your study notes of Quantative Analysis along with Market Risk...Kindly advise me now for 2009 study materials i have to start again from scratch and what i had done or readout goes in vain which i already studied in 2008...

Moreover advise me what are the new topics included for FRM 2009 exam and if i completed your 2008 material and then how much i need more to study for FRM 2009 exam...

He summarized the additions and subtractions. The short answer is, there is a lot of new material
(2009 Full exam is not only the last time, but it is *extremely challenging* given that GARP did not launch at the beginning of the year; going forward new AIMs etc will be published Nov/Dec/Jan....some may not realize: 2009 is both last full exam but also a truncated/compressed year! Is this more material than I would prefer? Absolutely ... I think some fraction should seriously consider only trying for the Level 1)

I am not entirely sure how to answer your question, every year we refresh everything; even when the assignments are similar/same, I try to improve the deck/movie; e.g., my Hull uses some of last year's but seeks improvements. Every single elements seeks improvement over the prior.
