Cannot access some files in paid

Hi Maisatomai,

That is a weird error, I just asked our developer for help. Our file access has been pretty much perfect, but I do see a similar comment on the same page, from just a few days ago
(http://www.bionicturtle.com/how-to/question/t7.cope-de-fontnouvelle-duffie/ ) so evidence suggests maybe we have a problem with that page.

Ordinarily, it always works to RIGHT-CLICK and SAVE AS from the download button @ http://www.bionicturtle.com/how-to/question/t7.cope-de-fontnouvelle-duffie/
(accessed from the Study Planner @ http://www.bionicturtle.com/my-account/study-planner )

If that happens to work, please let me know, but i'm sure Shawn can figure this out, thanks,

I realised I can download with IE. But I was using google chrome (Win7) yesterday
