They cancelled the May 2020 exams in late March I believe.

I mean for the January paper based exams. I've heard that if you live in a remote area, some exams/certifications can make an exception and have a person of your choosing swear an oath of honesty - in front of a notary or something - and administer the exam for only you.

I wonder if remote-proctored exams could be used as an option? Didn't GMAT, LSAT and CAIA do this for those tests?

They said they would keep track of which candidates were originally registered for 2020, but delayed to 2021. Accordingly, they will be able to hand out different exam booklets - or question sets via the computer based test - in 2021.

Can anyone comment on the sanitation requirements during the exam? I was told by GARP that you could bring your own mask, but GARP would swap it out for one of their own. Was this the case?

Yes, same curriculum in 2021 for 2020 delayed candidates. Someone at GARP also told me that even if candidates are delayed further into 2021, they will still be tested on the 2020 books.

Montreal restrictions extended for 1 more month - to November 23. When is the November exam? On the 21st?

I think GARP should allow candidates to switch testing centres. CFAI is allowing this for the December exams.

At this point, I think the only place where you can comfortably say you will write the exam is in China. :p Anyone in Canada write over the weekend? Vancouver, Calgary? Ottawa??? How did everything go there?
