Wrong Way Risk - Gregory

Finally made it through Gregory's Wrong Way Risk chapter.....took me too long to admit.

Then, once I made it to the final few pages, I was astounded. I worked in CDOs for many years and have never seen such an eloquent explanation of CDO failures. Gregory's explanation is superb. Moreover, his last coverage of CCPs and increased Wrong Way Risk associated with better credit quality members is fascinating!

You are right Brian, more than any other author in the GARP assigned readings, Gregory was by a huge margin, my favorite, he has made a lasting impression on me. Second would be Allen Malz.

Malz is the man - I think I posted this many months ago! Some of these authors are incredible! I like Dowd too!

Love Gregory, Hate Malz... Sorry guys.. I find Malz reading little difficult to comprehend..

But Gregory's reading is very intutive and and come with a very very logical flow..I probably wont change even one sentence in Gregory

I do agree a bit @Kavita.bhangdia - I am often intimidated by Malz's writings. Sometimes, I think he could have presented things more simply.
