Work Experience for FRM Certification (GARP portal form)

Hi Guys,

I was planning to accomplish my professional experience after passing exam II. I am not quite sure if the old process of submitting CV still applies. But given the new GARP portal/website, it seems we can send our CV by accomplishing an online form. [see screen shot below]



My questions are as follows:
a) Who should we write as the manager in the manager's box (immediate supervisor/boss/unit head/CRO).
b) Does the title pertain to my job title or the manager's title.

Also, what does the contact supervisor tick box for? [see screen shot below]

Hi guys!

Here's the response from GARP:

"You should enter your manager's name in the manager box and in the title box, you should enter your exact title.

If you would like us to contact your supervisor to let them know once you become Certified, we will contact them if you complete those fields."

It seems I'm just overthinking things. Haha!

There is no word limit for the job description as far as I recall.
