What about the courses Foundations of Financial Risk and Financial Risk and Regulation? Are they some kind of "light" version of the FRM?

What about the courses Foundations of Financial Risk and Financial Risk and Regulation? Are they some kind of "light" version of the FRM?

I did FRR in 2018 before completing my FRM. FRR probably serves as a prep for or a subset of FRM.
Obviously it is much easier than FRM. FRR after FRM does not make much sense.
