Haven't found any more suitable place to post this. Please, replace it where it's deemed more appropriate.

Apparently, there is a large-scale website update going on today. This caught me in the middle of my study day, so I have to take an unplanned break. Could you please announce the planned service disruptions in advance?

I moved your post to this new thread, so there will be a place to post queries like this in the future. We were not made aware of any downtime or scheduled maintenance over the weekend, so I sincerely apologize for this.

I've always posted updates in the forum to inform users of planned website downtime or maintenance, and, unless absolutely necessary, we avoid scheduling maintenance during the two months before the exams. I've contacted our IT team to see if I can get more information to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
