Quoted Futures Price

Hi! I am confused about the definition of quoted futures price and wondering which of the following is correct.
a). quoted futures price = cash futures price - accrued price
b). quoted futures price=(cash futures price-accrued price)/conversion factor

Hi
First one quoted futures price = cash futures price - accrued price is the right one.
Second gives the CTD(cheapest to deliver) quoted futures price.
