Hello David...

Actually i am from pakistan and Paypals doesnot have the name of our country..Kindly advise me how can i make my payment for your premium membership..

Hi Rahmed:

The credit card is a Bank of America Merchant; the paypal is just an alternative payment (and you are right, PayPal does not accept in Pakistan, we learned that last year). Are you able to use the credit card (the Bank of America merchant has wide global coverage but mabye not Pakistan)?
