Always the same since the May 2018 registration opening. Why?

then we may not be able to conclude anything unless someone gets to see anything different. Till May 2017 exam, this trick worked. This time GARP might have fixed it

I can see the form to register for both Part I and II. But my situation is a bit particular; as I passed Part I in November 2013, last November was the end of my "4-year window".

Also, this is what I see on my dashboard,

FRM Exam Part I November 16, 2013 Passed
FRM Exam Part II November 18, 2017 Registered
