Hi David,

I have one simple question if i pass Level I in November of 2010, Can i pass level II in 2011?

after you pass L1, you have 4 years within which you can sit/pass the L2 (i.e., if pass L1 in Nov 2010, then must sit for L2 by Nov 2014 ... after that, you'd need to start over as a new candidate)

No, in that case you will not need to re-sit L1.
Assume you sit for L1 + L2 both together:
If you pass L1 but fail L2, you can re-take L2 at a later time (up to four years later)
But If you fail L1, then L2 will not be graded and you will need to re-sit both L1 & L2
(and of course, pass L1 & L2 is to complete the exam requirement)
