Mistake on Q&A for Tuckman?

I think there's a mistake on the second question that's a part of the Tuckman set, I got a value for the monthly payment as 727, which lead to the principal portion being higher at around 247. Different from the answer stated, not sure if I'm wrong, or the supplied answer is wrong.
