Hi David,

Sorry for this post. You may remove it. I tried sending you few personal emails but did not get any reply. I understand you are busy with helping the students.

I signed up last year this time and my membership will be ending within couple of days.

As I had explained earlier that I had family issues at the time of exam in November. I appeared for the exam just to take chance but could not pass. I was in the fist and second Q in the second part but did not do well in the first part.

I would appreciate if you could consider my case as a special case due to family problems and extend membership up to May 22nd. I will sign up for Level II with BT once I get the results .

BT has been a great support to me and I am confident this time that I will be thru Level I with your support and guidance. Next 6 weeks are crucial for me and need continued support.

Hi Dinesh - Because the tutorials/notes/question have been consuming so much of my time, i am dreadfully behind on personal email. I shared your link with Suzanne. I don't mean to deflect but I've delegated these decisions to Suzanne (as she constructively assumes more responsibility) ... we do try to accommodate special circumstances, so perhaps you can explain/forward the particulars to her at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

(Thanks for being a customer in the first place. I realize the all-in costs for FRM are substantial. For what it's worth, we aren't excess rent seekers: I've re-invested 100% of last year's modest profit into the new site relaunch and coming additional services. Getting paid by paying members--to whom we are grateful--is not only the means by which we can continue the service, but it is the only way I can invest to add further services in pursuit of a mission of 1. trying to improve our exam results even though we already lead all providers with 72% [I believe we can do better; there is so much that can be improved] and 2. adding the additional career-related service, as exam results is only part of a broader mission to help people add skills in pursuit of better jobs. I need paying customers to realize this mission. Our piracy issue is epic. I emphasize this because i think the pirates, not you, forget this: getting paid is permission granted to continue. without it, there is no permission to continue).

Hi David,

No problem at all. I will check with Suzanne and see if she approves. I already have enough material though for the study though from your notes and tutorials.

You are doing a great job a great service in providing highest education at a very reasonable cost. It is mainly because you are passionate about it and also gifted intellectually.

I will come back for Level 2 once I pass Level 1. I will be more involved on Forum for Level 2.
