I can't find BSM, Binomial and Option Greeks PQs

Dear David and Suzanne,

I believe there were in the previous year or recently. I tried to refine via study planner and none of them, so I searched through the forum and there is some links like Suzanne mentioned in this thread

but I really can't get these PDFs (it just redirected me to the first page)

I also cant get this Option Greeks PQs.

Hi IzeMagic,

We had it temporarily closed (we are refreshing many of the documents to incorporate certain forum feedbacks and/or corrections, as necessary) while I was editing the new version (this morning), but i've just finished and it's back online at http://www.bionicturtle.com/how-to/question/p1.valuation-hull-chapters-12-14-18/
