brother i forgot what i chose for this particular question but i m sure i didnot choose "centralisied database"....as per my logic this question deals with ERM and in ERM its better to have decentralisation as it helps to delegate the risk duties throughout the firm.
if my memory is correct, the question is asking which choice cannot help the risk "aggregation".
a) Centralized database
b) daily reporting with cutoff time
c) independent tested system for each
d) using a unify name and identifier in each system
"tested system" seems to be correct at first sight.
the tricky point is "independent system" make it more difficult to "aggregate " data/risk.

Its not possible for the cutoff to be 54-56 as if that is the case then average of top 5 percent must be 80 out of 80.which is very unlikely.i think cutoff will be less than 50.

Good point Sachin ... I was using the assumption that the 5% for cutoff selection were BT members :)

AlokS, I feel your pain. It is at once therapeutic and anxiety-inducing to read these vivid recollections of the answers, realizing that there are some errors. But like a good horror movie, you can't stop watching even though you are scared! I almost feel like it might be better to be out of sight and out of mind until July 2...
