Hello everyone,
GARP has released a new handbook for the preparation of both Part I or Part II exam.
2 keys concepts :
1) GARP suggests a reading plan which divides the learning cursus into 20 sessions;
2) Each reading session groups content based on complementarity (or logical grouping), and sometimes reading session is "paired" with content across different topics (i.e. readings from Market Risk topic combined with a reading from Operational Risk topic).
What do you think about it ? Is it better to study according to the plan suggested by GARP ? Or, is it better to study "linearly" topic by topic (i.e. T5 Market Risk, then T6 Credit Risk, then T7 Operational Risk) ?
And you David ? Will your videos tutorial following the topic approach, or will follow the new plan suggested ?
Thanks !
