FRM-2009

i m preparing for FRM-2009 exams.
could you please guide me that should i prepare from the FRM-2008 material or i should wait for the new course?
when the new course is expected in the market?
what is expected to be changed and in what areas?
what is the best approach to start with. 'cuz its been very long to open the books after leaving university.

BT will open sales before March 1st. GARP registration opens March 2nd. But, as to the FRM content, it is currently unknown. I gave you a link to my google document because that is one version of feedback I sent to GARP (which they found useful), so it may give a hint. But, at the moment, GARP is still developing the 2009 cirriculum (please note, it will be especially challenging this year given the credit crunch).
