Hi Anil,

I think it is a good idea. Of course, I really do want to keep customers who, for whatever reason, do not pass.

(Please note: every year, several candidates need to defer due to personal circumstances. If a personal emergency/event causes a necessary deferral, I routinely extend the membership to the following year. I don't really want to charge twice if the product is not used the first time)

In regard to your question, I am *thinking* maybe an additional -$100. Such that, an early order (early orders get a discount) plus a return customer could be -$200. Please tell me what you think of this?

Thanks, David

Hi David..
Let me join this issue. You were generous enough on this. I feel very fair on your part to charge a marginal amount for deferral candidate but exetend this without a time limit.Me too due to a project as well as personal exigencies have deferred the exam to 2009. Request you to consider.

Hi David,

Thanks for the reply.I have few more suggestions on the issue:

You can also decide about discount based on 2009 AIMS.If there is not much change in the curriculum then u can charge minimal.

Also, about your view on extending the membership for free ll say that if u want to differentiate between people who studied and didnt pass and those who didnt get time to study for some reasons ,that will be good for you in long term and for candidates also.but dont know how it will work.

Anil
