My name is Lichuan Kang. I have purchased your FRM 2008 a year ago. Due to some personal reasons, I didn't come back to look into the subscriptions in past one year, but now it seems i cannot log onto the webiste member section (maybe i used wrong login/pwd).

could you please reactive my account so that i can continue using my purchased package?
