Can Bionic Turtle help with ERP Exam?

Hi David,

I am studying for the ERP exam and wasn wondering if you think that there was some overlap between the FRM and ERP. If so, do you think I could use the bionic turtle to help study for the ERP exam? Part 1 or Part 2 of FRM is more relevant? If not, do you recommend any study guides/sites for the ERP?

Hi Simon,

Me too (I started reading the ERP materials). In my tentative incomplete opinion, overlap is modest. (I blogged here a bit about their presentation, FWIW: http://www.bionicturtle.com/learn/article/garp_on_erp_certification/ Reall.y quite impressed with GARP's team and their methodical approach to the curriculum).

To answer your question: we cannot currently help.

We are (behind the scenes, in prep for our usability relaunch) building out a "Career Guide" with a focus on providing certification-related resources (e.g., links to training providers) but it launches ~ July 1st.
(the other part of the relaunch is improved help on the FRMl e.g., study planners)

So i don't currently have pointers (sorry). I talked to GARP about becoming a training provider but I quickly realized we'd need an expert instructor (even if i had the time, I could not do it). I've had a few quasi-interviews etc but I have no idea if we will really even get an ERP product, as it is entirely dependent on partnering with the right instructor...
