being able to convert t/f/z statistics to probabilities

Quick question. I was doing some of the exercises from miller chapter 5 (frm chapter 4 book 2). And the first question was to calculate the probability of the population mean being different than the sample mean.

in any case. I calculated the t-statistics. which was about 0.53... however there was no table to lookup the appropriate probability related to the t-statistics (atleast not this low, it went to 10 percent max).

The answer just magically assumes you can get the probability (as it just states that this is the same as 70% probability).

anyway... to summarize my question... can i expect the statistics tables to be provided or is part of the FRM examination to be able to calculate the probability when you have the t/z/f-statistic? I have never learned that, i havn't seen any mention of that and it is something i would surely have to exercise to do appropriately.
