Are you signed in? Can you post a screenshot of what you see?
If you log-out, you should be able to see and register for Part 1, but not Part 2. If you sign-in, you shouldn't be able to register for any exam unless the results are coded in already, but then again I feel like it's still too...
Tried the logout and "returning candidate sign in" trick and see "There are no exams available to register for. Please check back soon." Is everyone else getting this? I think it's still too early for any tells of results, but typically if you can register for P2 again, then that means you would...
I was doing the practice questions for this section and came across the answer but I'm wondering where the formula was derived.
Why is "($2.0 * 3.0%)" part of the equation and not "($2.0 * 8.0%)" because the f(X) corresponding to ($2.00) is 4a which should be 4 * (2.0%) = 8.0%, should it not?
Hi guys,
I spent a lot of time creating a detailed spreadsheet to help prepare for the November 2018 FRM Part 2 Exam. It gives you a visual representation of how well you're doing on your studies and also has every Learning Objective listed and you can mark it as done when you finish each one...
Unless there's screenshot evidence, I highly doubt that. This pattern of website update behavior has been confirmed for the past 2 years to be accurate indicators. Also, of course GARP will deny it because they don't want liability in case someone's status actually does get messed up; but that...
From personal experience, they actually are and I don't think there's much hope left -- only thing is to start studying for next exam.
Why would they let me register for an exam if I had already passed it? That wouldn't make sense.. especially since it was previously "no exams to register for".
Not true. The official announcement may be 28th, but you can find out earlier. See previous exam feedback threads.
I wouldn't be surprised if results were already in and website will be changing (or already has) in the next couple of days. In the past, there's definitely been early indicators...
Because the quartiles are only quartiles. You can fall within any % of the quartile, so 1332 is not the same as 3132. Think of it like if there was a more granular resolution (1.1, 3.2, 3.2, 2.1) is a better score than (1.9, 3.8, 3.9, 2.8) but they are in the same quartiles regardless.
Maybe.. but prior to like a few hours ago I got the "there are no exams to register for" message, but now I can re-register for Part 2, so pretty sure they've updated their website now. Unless more of you guys can confirm you can also order Part 2, then I guess I gotta start studying again.
