My question is not very sophisticated but please help me to understand FRA mapping VaR. If long 6x12 FRA = long 6-month bill + short 12-month bill why CF in 6 months is negative and CF in 12 months is positive?

I agree that the exam was very difficult. Most questions absolutely incomparable to test and practice ones. It seems very interesting how the results will be evaluated.
