For me, it is showing like this. May 2024 should be the deadline by which I need to get the job experience approved, if I passed. Going by last year's thread, people who got this message passed. Obviously, this year circumstances are different with the quartiles not reflecting the result shown...

Shows pass for me also with horrible quartiles. I think GARP read that people change dates on their system to get results early, and put in weird results to freak everyone out.

For the BCVA question, was it required to use the discount factor in the calculation? Or was it a simple application of EE*LGD*PD-NEE*LGD*PD?

I chose Treynor ratio for selecting best manager, because the question mentioned that it was a well diversified portfolio. This means that unsystematic risk should not be considered for selecting best manager, which left us only the Treynor ratio as the answer.

If you are talking about the question where there was a merger due to take place, I marked it as frown because of price jump.
