Sequence of Study Material 2015 FRM Part-1

Is there a specific sequence within the study material that we will have to follow to prepare for the exam?

I have the FRM 2015 syllabus and have access to study planner. I cannot connect both of it. I for example look at part 1, FOUNDATIONS OF RISK MANAGEMENT, in the syllabus there are 12 readings and in the study planner I see 7. Am I missing anything or the study planner has 2014 which would be updated later?
