Reading material for FRM

Hi,

I see that you have study notes and practice questions for the FRM Part 1 readings but where can I get the actual articles/book chapters that are assigned for reading? Are these available on your site?

Hi,

The source material (with the exception of a few free texts) is available from the GARP website - you will need to purchase these separately if you want them. Personally I never bothered but I did purchase a few key texts e.g. Hull, Tuckman and Jorian (VaR).

As long as you do the questions as well I think the BT notes are sufficient.

A quick question. Is it possible to pass FRM I if I fully cover the whole chapters of the books recommended by GARP, which are basically can be found in AIM?

Yes its possible if you can cover each of the aims line by line. But do cover all the topics and make sure that you did not left behind any of the recommended aims.
