I am currently working as a data analyst in data analytics department in a credit card subsidiary of a large commercial bank. I am considering to take FRM in May 2018 but I have concerns on my job title and experience could fit the requirement.
My job duties are as follows:
- perform data mining and analysis to facilitate pricing of financial products
- perform business performance analysis to optimize the profitability of business
- provide MIS support on portfolio management and marketing activities of financial products
- provide data analysis support and develop techniques for front office
I understand my job title is not perfect and I couldn't identify a relevant title in the sample job titles. However, I do think my job duties are closely related to the market risk and operational risk management in a bank. Can anyone provide some advice to me? Thank you!
