Hi Brianhfield
If you are talking about reading PDF on Kindle, yes. But is wasn't a pleasurable read.
I would say BionicTurtle should seriously consider offering books in mobi/ epub format.

I am unable to download from the BT website to my kindle directly. Were you able to or did you need to connect to a computer and transferring usb?

You have couple of ways -
1. Download it to your computer and transfer it via usb cable. File will remain in PDF format. Kindle (I am assuming ereader, not Fire) will be open these files, but quite difficult to read from it (think fitting one A4 on small kindle screen). You can zoom, but I don't like doing it on all pages.
2. You can send it to your Amazon email id as attachment with subject "Convert" (something like [email protected]). You can find your amazon id on profile page.
3. Download and install Kindle printer (from Amazon). You may right click any file and choose send to Kindle. It will automatically convert PDF for kindle format if you like. One plus side of this approach is - you can send pretty much anything to kindle. I usually take notes in Word and print directly to my Kindle.

NB: 2,3 is less than perfect solution for PDF to kindle conversions. For some simple file it works good, for another it may not. Give it some try and let me know.
