Hedge funds and FRM

Hi guys,

I was wondering, after cracking the FRM, would you have higher chances of breaking into the hedge fund industry?
Which designation would be preferred to get into a hedge fund, CFA or FRM?
A postgraduate in risk management or a FRM chater, which one has more value?
