Have you heard of a MySQL risk management solution for a cloud env.?

Hi everyone, this might be a strange question, but I've recently been asked by my manager to research the idea of risk management on what they call a mysql cloud env (such as this one). I have done some reading on MySQL as a solution for risk management, and I've found some positive opinions (and some negative ones). But I haven't yet heard of a mysql product on the cloud specifically for risk management purposes. I'm trying to figure out what would be the upsides and downsides of such an idea, and if you know of any solutions out there that are actually doing this.
