FRM usefulness for working risk professionals

I'm curious, for working professionals in the field of risk management, would an FRM certification enhance your qualifications and reputation? Or is it useless once you’re in the field?

Also, what is an FRM equivalent to? Bachelors or Masters?

I suppose neither a bachelor or a master. It serves to enhance the knowledge that you supposedly acquire during your studies

Attached is a benchmarking analysis document which GARP commissioned for the FRM & ERP.

If I'm reading it correctly the FRM is comparable to a Master's in the UK (the table includes other countries too).
