chapter 10 of the new edition is chapter 9 in the older one, correct? so I'm guessing chapter 10 questions will be available?

Chapter 10, Mechanic of Options Markets was added to Topic 3 the curriculum in 2015. Please see our announcement HERE regarding our publishing process for 2016. We publish as many new question sets as possible during the exam period. The practice questions are first published in the forum under the Daily Practice Question thread. Once we have a complete set of questions for a reading, a question set is published in the study planner. You can also view our curriculum analysis spreadsheet HERE to see all of the changes that have been made to the curriculum.

Yes, at some point during this exam year (between now and November) we will be publishing a question set for this chapter. David chooses to write practice questions according to perceived priority each week, so I cannot give a specific answer to when they would be published. Because this was a new reading in 2015, we updated the study notes last year so that is the reason that there are study notes published already.
