That's definitly a heavy tail issue. can use that in text book as example..... :-P

It's out. I can register for Level II. I guess that means

Are you saying you've received confirmation of your results? Or that you're inferring a pass because you can sign up for Level II?

Interstingly garp site still shows the same message that results will be emailed before 5PM...it doesn't show reason for delay or kind of expected delay.

Ha - and 5pm is already 5 hours later than the "Exam Quarterly" email in September said the results would be released by!
